Our Mego Advertising Archive gets a new addition today in the form of this 1972 article about the upcoming Action Jackson Scramble cycle. This is an early piece of Mego history and shows the growing company's expanding creativity.

Planet of the Apes Treehouse

A completely revised gallery page for the Planet of the Apes treehouse today including all known boxed variations and the releases for both Canada and Mexico. This is possibly the best known POTA toy other than the figures, it's easy to see why.

Mego Trono Simio

The Planet of the Apes throne is another fun illogical piece from Mego, was there ever a throne in anything Planet of the Apes related? Above is the Mexican version of the packaging, I especially love the way General Urko is drawn here.
